Return and replacement policy

Return and replacement policy includes all Marvel's commercial products

In order to benefit from the return, replacement and warranty services, the original invoice received must be sent by the company representative.

Return or replacement can be made if the item is the same as its original condition at the time of purchase. It is wrapped in the original envelope and the sticker of the electronic store. Returning within three (3) days and replacement within (15) days from the date of receipt.

Cases where the return or replacement will not be accepted

1 / When the return request is submitted or to be replaced after the specified time period from the date of receipt.

2 / When using the product, or when it is damaged, or when it is not in the same condition that you received it

3 / Products were tampered with or removed serial numbers

4 / Products without price tags, stickers, original cover, or lack of accessories.

 Shipping Time:

@ Customers in major cities will be delivered between 2 to 4 working days from the date of issuance of the invoice.

@ Customers outside major cities ranging from the shipping period between 4 to 7 working days from the date of invoice issuance,

Warranty on manufacturing defects

Warranty on electronic devices according to the following conditions:

 All electronic devices are guaranteed by Marvel Trading for two years from the date of purchase on manufacturing defects.

 The original purchase invoice must be brought in to ensure that the warranty period provided by the company representative is valid.

  It takes a maximum of 30 days for product-quality and product-quality failures.

 The warranty covers repair or replacement of parts free of charge in the event of a manufacturing defect and does not mean replacing or redeeming the product.

 Warranty The product is not included in the following cases:

@ Product abuse or non-compliance usage studies.

@ Fractures or exposure of the device to external factors such as moisture and water or electrical voltage is different from what is shown on the device.

@ Attempts to reform and tamper with the product.
